The apartments are self-served, don’t contain cleaning materials and essentials and for hygiene reasons sheets, covers and towels are not included, which the tenant must bring him/herself.

Fianancial data

At the following prices all expenses are included: electricity-water-common expences-internet. (the cost of electricity is covered till the ammount of 250 kwh per month – any excess ways on the tenant using the current price of DEI).
Price list:
for 3 months total renting period or more: 640 euro per month (all included)
for 1 till 2 months total renting period: 690 euro per month (all included)
for total renting period shorter than 1 month: 30 euro per day (all included)
for total renting period shorter than 10 days: 35 euro per day (all included)
For the space from 1/7/2018 until 25/8/2018 the price is-->
for total renting period shorter than 1 month: 35 euro per day (all included)
for total renting period shorter than 10 days: 40 euro per day (all included)

Guarantee: 250 euro which are returned to the tenant at the end of the stay.
For 3 months total renting period or more the guarantee is one monthly rent.
